How to make a mouse setup?

A mouse setup for duke has to have some features Basic Features:
Now you should play duke with: one hand on the keyboard and the other on the mouse.
The arrows that you used to turn Duke should now be used to make Duke walk sideways (strafe). To become the Duke you You should move the mouse to the side.

Other functions, such as medkit, weapons, steroids, jetpack You must place on the next keys the arrows with which you moves the Duke.

On the mouse you will have to stay on one of the 2/3 buttons the function to shoot and another the function of jumping, if you have 3-button mouse you can use that leftover button to lower or to open/close door.

How to do it?

First run Duke Nukem's setup.exe, enter Controller Setup, then Choose Controller Type, choose Keyboard and Mouse.

Go to Setup Mouse, under Left Button choose the Fire function, in Right Button choose Jump function, If you have the button from the middle enter Middle Button choose the Crouch or Open function. I also recommend that you use the Mouse Aiming function is a momentary button. Is it good for when you hold it Push the button Mouse_Aiming you can raise/lower aiming with the mouse. After use just let go, and the aim goes to the middle of the screen.

Now enter Setup Keyboard and choose the keys for each function. As it's in English I'll explain what each one does:
