Makes it very easy to make sound (RTS) files for Duke3D. Will allow you to select .Wav or .voc files to use for an RTS file.

Double click on a .wav file to hear it, using the drag and drop windows routine you can select 10 files to a list then click to make your RTS file. It's that easy.

With this program you can also unpack any RTS file that you may have.

RTS Maker / Editor for Windows '95 v1.2
Adam F. Nielsen		 58.4 RTS Editor can load, play, edit, and save Remote Ridicule (RTS) files for use with games like Shadow Warrior, Duke Nukem 3D, Blood, Rise of the Triad, and so on. The editor is very easy to use, and you can even extract sound files (in WAV or VOC format) and save them as WAV files. In this new version, you can save credits and a description in the RTS file. In addition, a few bugs have been fixed.
